12 Foods KILLING Your Testosterone {NEVER EAT THIS}

If you don’t feel like your optimal self, or you feel a bit soft and doughy, or you’re moody, or your body isn’t what you want it to be, or you’re not as muscular as you feel you should be at your age, it’s likely your diet. Worse yet, some foods in your kitchen are doing worse damage, which I’m referring to as testosterone-killing, estrogen-boosting, manhood-wrecking foods that have been sold to us as healthy.

These so-called healthy foods are sabotaging your hormones and destroying your energy. These so-called healthy foods are making you less of a man. And as a side note, guys on TRT are not doing the work to boost their testosterone naturally. Their testosterone is in the toilet. Cultivate it through exercise, adequate sleep, a healthy diet, exposure to sunshine, and more. Around age 30, our testosterone drops 1% per year, but you can do things to keep it high naturally.

  1. Soy products. The soy products contain phytoestrogens, which are plant-based estrogens that lower testosterone and affect sperm.
  2. Beer. Beer can give men boobs. Hops are a phytoestrogen, a plant-based compound that acts like estrogen.
  3. Diet soda. Sucralose and aspartame confuse your metabolism and affect dopamine levels. It wants testosterone production. Opt for black coffee and sparkling water. However, if you’re drinking water, opt for a BPA-free container, such as glass or metal. Plastics have endocrine-disrupting chemicals (EDCs) such as BPA. If you microwave with plastic, the EDCs can leach into your food, and when you consume it, it can destroy your testosterone levels.
  4. Baked goods. Pastries, donuts, cookies, and more of this type are delicious, but they are bad for you. They’re loaded with trans fat, refined sugars, and the combination of both triggers inflammation and causes insulin resistance and testosterone suppression.
  5. High fructose corn syrup. This stuff is found in condiments, cereals, and other foods. It’s also contained in so-called healthy snacks. It increases belly fat, which is a testosterone assassin.
  6. Farm-raised fish. Wild-caught fish are fantastic, but farm-raised fish are full of toxins, hormones, and antibiotics. These can mess up your endocrine system.
  7. Meats. Red meat, chicken, pork, and any other meat in the grocery store that is not grass-fed organic is terrible for your body. It’s about the hormones that they pump into the stuff.
  8. Deodorant-antiperspirant. It needs to be sulfate-free. When you rub it under your armpits, it will soak into your body, and the aluminum will clog your sweat ducts.   9. Dairy. Dairy is unhealthy and will make you bloated and fat. Female cows are packed full of antibiotics, hormones, and other bad stuff. When you consume it, your estrogen levels will skyrocket.
  10. Vegetable oil. It contains omega-6, which can increase inflammation and reduce testosterone levels. Omega-3 and 9 are incredible, but 6 is bad.
  11. Refined sugar. It increases insulin levels, which will cause you to retain more body fat.
  12. Deli meat. Deli meat is packed with nitrates and sodium. Deli meat wreaks havoc on the male body.
