The “HIM” Blueprint: 7 Steps to become the man you were meant to be

May 25, 2025
Do you ever feel like you have greatness inside you, but you’re not living up to your potential? I can help you fix that. I created a seven-step blueprint to propel you to becoming the man you are meant to be—a man everybody respects and remembers.

I challenge you to become him. These seven steps will impact you in a very profound and positive way. It’s not an easy process, and it won’t be overnight, but if you keep focused and move forward, you will get there.

  1. Build a body that screams discipline. People judge your discipline before knowing your name by looking at your body and physique. The physique is the way that you’re built. Your body fat is a visible reflection of your consistency and self-control. Not to mention your confidence. Being in shape makes you look better and feel better. It’ll also make you perform better, mentally, physically, professionally, and sexually. People respect people who have a good body. If you’re out of shape and look like you don’t care for yourself, people will not respect you because they don’t think you have self-control or discipline.
  2. Upgrade your image with grooming and style. Before you ever utter a word, somebody forms an opinion about you based on your non-verbal communication. How you dress and groom yourself, including how you smell and your other nonverbal communication tools, will dictate whether or not people respect you, want to hire you, want to date you, or want to get with you. It’s all about your presentation and how your clothing fits your body. Minimize some of your perceived negatives by choosing clothing that is cut correctly, the proper color, and the appropriate fit. Maximize and enhance your body’s appearance by wearing the correct clothing. Grooming is the great equalizer, so pay attention to your hair, face, breath, nose & ear hair. You also need to smell amazing.
  3. Develop dangerous social confidence. Confident men are noticed when they enter a room. It’s like a superpower if you can develop your social skills and make people feel comfortable. If you can make people feel like they’re interesting, that is also a superpower. Proper eye contact, engage in social settings to put yourself above others. Confident men are not awkward.
  4. Create financial freedom. Money doesn’t define you, but it determines your freedom, peace, and ability to say no. Men without financial power become reactive. He moves by choice rather than desperation. So for the next 30 days, track your spending and track everything. Cut out non-value expenses, and then develop a plan. Increase your skillset, which creates higher-value skills. Do what you must, whether education or getting a mentor to learn. You need to be able to generate more income.
  5. Kill the weaknesses that are killing you. You can’t build a powerful life on a foundation of weak habits. Every man has invisible anchors, habits, vices, or relationships that quietly sabotage greatness. Cut the dead weight, which could be p^rn, alcohol, endless scrolling, or other things that prevent you from truly becoming the man that you were destined to be. Replace these things with powerful habits that build self-discipline and confidence. Limit your screen time, go to bed earlier, walk without your phone, and take other steps to build stronger foundational habits to build a powerful life.
  6. Learn to lead yourself and others. Truly powerful men are leaders who do not wait for somebody to tell them what to do. They take action and extreme ownership for every aspect of their life. They don’t complain or make excuses. They care for people, are kind, and help without expecting anything. They are decisive by picking a direction and going after it. People gravitate toward decisive action. Don’t be wishy-washy or an emotional wreck. If you’re all over the place, people don’t respect this. Own your destiny.
  7. Choose a legacy. It isn’t about flash. It’s about impact. Choose discipline over dopamine; choose purpose over comfort. Legacy is about the long game and not instant gratification. Think about how you want to leave this world and the impact you will have. Build mental toughness, which separates winners from losers. Live with integrity and choose to do things that will facilitate feeling good about yourself. Build your life and the people around you because it will pay off in the future. It’s not about instant gratification; it’s about doing the work and taking the time to grow. Believe in yourself and have quiet confidence and peace of mind that you’re doing what you must do daily to move yourself in the right direction.
